A Criminalist/DNA Analyst assigned to the Forensic Biology Unit of the Santa Clara County Crime Laboratory. My primary responsibilities at the Crime Laboratory include assisting law enforcement in processing crime scenes for physical evidence, performing forensic DNA analysis and providing expert witness testimony in court. I have provided analysis and expert testimony in various cases involving violent homicides, sexual assault investigations, property crimes and cold cases.
In addition to having the opportunity to work on criminal cases from the crime scene to the crime laboratory, I also teach as an Adjunct Instructor of Forensic Science at local colleges in San Jose and often provide Forensic Science training to professionals in the law enforcement and legal communities.
